British actor Anthony Head, who played Rupert Giles in the cult fantasy series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, has been announced as an ambassador for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, along with renowned canine behaviourist Sarah Fisher.

Battersea's Chief Executive, Claire Horton, commented 'We are so excited that our dear friend Anthony and Sarah are now official Ambassadors for Battersea. They already own Battersea dogs and it's wonderful to know we can look forward to an even closer connection and relationship in the future'.
